We recently needed an FD30 fire door installed at one of our rental flats, and SAB Group (with Carl in charge) were fantastic from start to finish. SAB were happy to deal directly with our letting agent and tenant, collecting keys from the agency and keeping everyone informed throughout the process.
They proposed adapting a standard plain FD30 door to fit perfectly, adding all the required fire-rated fittings, and we were able to specify our preferred door furniture and paint finish. The finished door looks superb, is fully compliant, and came with a detailed installation report and certification - ideal for forwarding to our freeholder.
I was particularly impressed with SAB's communication, their professionalism, and their consideration for both us and our tenant. It’s refreshing to find a local company that takes such pride in its work. Outstanding service all round - highly recommended!
